Subway (diamond Lk Blvd)

My mobile order said it was ready for pickup, but when I arrived the guys behind the counter had printed the order reciept but got busy and forgot to prepare our food. The gentleman that addressed me was super nice about it and gave us an extra cookie and upgraded drink sizes to make up for the wait. Sandwiches were made perfect and all of the ingredients were fresh and crisp.

Just got sammies for a trip up river to No-tell em creek for a picnic. Manager was THE BEST! I have never has an experience SO delightful @subway. Sandwich shop, TAKE NOTICE, He going places. Food great, price great, everything great! Keep up the good work.

I eat here often as I work close by. It used to be great but they have changed staff recently and has gone downhill. I order online up to twice a week and lately have had more sandwiches made wrong or missing things than they have made right. Time for a new lunch spot. ?

DO NOT order online. Never said they were out of the bread we wanted and didnt state it when we picked it up so they just gave us what ever. we ordered cookies in the meal to give to the kids and it never showed up for some reason. ordered ex pickles and came loaded with cucumbers lol the online thing is a mess. idk if its the store or what but dont use online
