Starbucks - Roseburg North

Lack of training, every day they say something different about what they can do. They lack understanding of how to treat customers; Small talk and gossip behind the bar about you. Very uncomfortable, childish, and unprofessional. This is a very small town with not a lot of big city exposure. That might be part of the problem as I am not the small town girl or person they are used to getting. It is disappointing, as the location and outside ambiance is delightful.

This is a Starbucks. There are many like it. But I visited this one.

I don't typically go here, I have my favorite local coffee house, but I was with a friend, and he treated me to a hot vanilla Chai on a cold, snowy morning. I'm an Americano girl, black. I wasn't expecting to like this, but it was crazy good! Thank you SB for a very good drink, spendy, but yummy!

Always good coffee, good food friendly staff. I feel bad supporting a company that engages in union busting, but I also want the locals to keep their jobs, so I continue to feed my caffeine

Always go here but in the last month the quality has gone way down. Ordered same drinks we always get had to turn them back. One had zero coffee in it and tasted like watered down milk, was supposed to be a Carmel macchiato. The other drink was supposed to be a white mocha but they made a regular mocha. The remakes were sadly worse than the first.
