Nice and quiet on a Thursday night. The food was fantastic, but the drinks were some of the worst we've *ever* had, and the fact that they're $13 a glass didn't help. Seriously so good and such great people!! Salud brought their truck to Hucrest Elementary and provided us all with a delicious taco lunch. The pork taco was my favorite and I can't wait to visit their brewery! Yum!
The food and service at Salud is excellent! The pork carnitas street taco might be the best taco I’ve ever had and the bartender/waitress was so friendly and welcoming. 100/10 recommend!

The jalapeño margaritas tasted like pickled jalapeño juice, the blackberry mojito was undrinkable (50% seeds and pulp, 49% ice, and a splash of some kind of alcohol), and the cactus pear margarita tasted like sweet water. *Highly* recommend the street tacos and bowls, but steer clear of the cocktails if you value your taste buds. Vegetarian options: Only two vegetarian options which can be made vegan if you request it. Beyond that, it's another Roseburg menu of meat and cheese with the usual additions.
Excellent food and drinks! Service was spot on. Loved the atmosphere and the pet friendly environment.
