When using the kiosk I don't need anyone helping me. I was approached by an emplyee that insisted she had to do it for me. If I wanted.her to do my order I would have gone to the counter. I like to take.my time to order and order it the way I like it. I don't need to boost their time numbers. I will not be returning to this location. Didn't order and left. purchased food at Taco Bell. Two separate cashiers told me in the lobby they could not take my order in the lobby but they would “help me take my own order at the kiosk in the lobby” it was a young male with blonde hair and a larger female working the drive thru. He said he could only take my order if I specifically ask for them to take it… Which I did! And they still refused and told me I need to take the order at the kiosk to get people in and... Pickles were placed outside the wrapper of my double cheeseburger. Also the lower bun was not in line with the lower hamburger patty. The employees seemed to just throw the ingredients together.
Employees are kind The food is hot just made and doesn't taste like it's been under a warming lite!
Went thru the drive thru ordered sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches and both of them the muffins were visibly burnt, it felt like even though there was very few in the drive up that we were being rushed and they were rude, we will never return.
Was not told about a ridiculous wait on two burgers, only large drink and some fries. Not only did this take over 15 minutes (sitting in the parking lot, not including the wait in the line) to get my food but the Deluxe Quarter Pounder ended up being a regular Quarter Pounder and the cheese burger also came with onions (which I Reiterated several times not to add). Really couldn't be more disappointed with the whole situation. I guess the one good thing is I won't be going back anytime soon.
Half full fries and no sauces for the nuggets. You know what they say about the drive thru...... shame on us for not checking before leaving the parking lot.
