I was pleasantly surprised that the food, service, and prices were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back. We had Fried rice, Fried pork noodles (that were so soft), sweet and sour pork, and 2 kinds of chicken. All were the best we have tasted in ROSEBURG. View all feedback.
What Darren63 doesn't like about Kowloon:
This used to be the best Chinese food in Roseburg. Service is ok, but food has gone downhill. Sad to see such a successful business start sinking in quality. You used to have to wait for a table, but it is no longer crowded. Sad. View all feedback.
The food is usually delicious, but adding celery to a lot of dishes I'm guessing as filler is the worst. They always make the best drinks.
I received spoiled mar far chicken! I noticed the smell was off, then looked down to see blue and black mold spots all over it. I called to let them know and offered to bring it back for a refund and the manager refused. I’ve been going to Kowloons since I was a kid and loved it for years. A cute restaurant with a nice ambience. However This is an unfortunate outcome, and I will not be going back.
Food was undercooked mostly cheap filler vegetables small portions of meat for the price I was sorely disappointed and to top it off they tracked on a 18.5 percent gratuity to the bill That's B.S. I'll never go back
The worst food ever.was suppose to have fried rice.looked more like steamed rice id make at home.chicken and shrimp way over cooked.kowloons was at one time one of the best now I'd say it's by far the worst.....
Worst Chinese food ever. Didn't get what I ordered. Taste is way off. Poor portions. Five star reviews are bots. Asked for BBQ pork. They gave me a banquet beef patty in some gravy.
