**Restaurant Review: An Authentic Sushi Experience**
This restaurant promises a delightful dining experience, showcasing fresh sushi and unique dishes that capture the essence of Japanese cuisine. While prices may lean toward the higher end, the quality of food and service consistently shine through, making it a solid choice among Sydney's Japanese eateries. The vibrant atmosphere may lead to wait times, but the authenticity of the sushi train and attentive staff makes it worthwhile. Although some seating options may be uncomfortable, the overall appeal of the menu and ambiance solidifies its reputation as a must-visit for sushi lovers seeking a memorable meal.

Excellent selection of sushi! Food: 5/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. Would definitely recommend!
Overall, a pretty good experience that aligns well with other sushi locations from the same franchise (including those in South Australia and Queensland, which I frequent). One downside was that they didn't have the Darling roll, which I was quite disappointed about, but everything else was fantastic. However, the seating on the rocks is a bit problematic—while it may look nice, it's really uncomfortable and not practical.
