Apache Pizza Roscrea
Apache Pizza Roscrea
Description
A Dublin pizzeria that can offer friendly service and appealing deals, but suffers from inconsistent quality. Customers report cold or reheated pizzas, sparse toppings, small portions, order errors and long, poorly communicated delivery delays. Occasional attentive staff and good value make it worth a try, but unpredictable food temperature, extra charges for basic items like sauce dips, and unreliable delivery make it a risky choice for important meals.
Feedback
Hot Pepperoni pizza tasted like it had been made the day before and heated up. Curry chips the same. Unedible and horrendous in comparison to the standard of Apache food in Dublin
We ordered at 9:20pm on the website we waited until 10:49pm to ask where our order was, we were told it was on the way and they apologised for the delay. We waited because we understand that places can get busy. 23:42 and we are still waiting!! Not acceptable if we had got a phone call earlier to say that our order wasn't going to be sent, I would of understood and we would of got the chance to order from some place else. I understand that things can happen that as a business you can't predict but just look after your customers. Very disappointed.
