Having stopped many times at The Eel for family hols as well as boys fishing trips previously its been great to come back and what a week we chose. So many storms already forgot their names! But how great it was to come back to 1st class accommodation and a warm welcome. Excellent service, staff that treat you like relatives, spacious comfortable rooms, excellent views in a beautiful peaceful location, top notch classic irish pub atmosphere, well recommended.
It is a lovely place and good staff love iris breakfast lovely dinner as well room is nice clean and quick free wifi internet

Been here a few times over the years, it's a hit and miss, sometimes it's lovely and friendly staff and good food and sometimes staff haven't got the time for you and the food is OK.
Beautiful setting right on the lake. We'll worth a visit.
