Sunday night. Stuck in Ballyleague. Need food and some pints. Don't look good until I asked two young ladies if there was a restaurant they could recommend. P.S... read more Sunday night. Stuck in Ballyleague. Need food and some pints. Don't look good until I asked two young ladies if there was a restaurant they could recommend. P.S. Red was recommended. Not immediately noticeable by keyless signing. Next to the Lifebelt Bar. Working at 7ish, but I have a table for one. Family groups and couples enjoy their meals. I had the deep-fried bride for beginners. This was served with a selection of breads that had just come out of the oven. Too much to eat, but I couldn't let this opportunity happen. The main course was pan-fried sea bass. This was served with a selection of vegetables. 10 out of 10 for the presentation. An essential meal that looked good and tasted. The two young ladies who served the customer were attentive without being intrusive. Top brands for all affected and I would definitely recommend P.S. Red.
