Apart from his deserved michelin star. is a cozy and live restaurant with gastronomic proposals and very interesting elaborations.

Impeccable service (only three tables were occupied,) do not give rise to the empty cup, and the change of plate and covered to each dish. the most recommended dishes are rice with ortiguillas, the 24h tomato rock salmonete, as well as an Iberian prey with a very rich salsa. also highlight a mousse of rice with milk with very tasty chocolates. When we finished the dishes and before dessert, we were offered a tasting of some cheeses, which separates from the tasting menu, but we didn't want to be quite full. desserts apart from the milked rice, nothing more than checking.
