A la carte salad with seasonal produce, fried onions and Roquefort breadcrumbs. We asked without the breaded ones for someone who doesn't like cheese. We were offered to replace with country ham, very good. We had a salad made up of a few pieces of tomato, salad and cheese, a lot of cheese (feta and Roquefort)... Pleasant setting, we were in the back room, an old cellar, hence the name I think. The dishes are good, the staff friendly. Small downside, the wait between dishes. The price is right.
