A restaurant like its chef, atypical ... Terrine, papet leeks, sausages, cassoulet and crème brûlée are excellent. Everything is homemade. Welcoming atmosphere with the regulars, and the fire in the fireplace .... We will return to taste the fondue. View all feedback.
What Xavier Maury doesn't like about Chez Le Suisse:
I would lie if I said that the dishes were not good but at the same time I did not succeed ate so much there was a lack of hygiene... the restorer was already in doubtful hygiene, but the dust on the beams, the tables, the walls, the WC DEGUEULASSE and boiled (we would have said they had not been cleaned for years). I will still stop there in my critics because the restaurateur was very kind but honestly I wonder if... View all feedback.
Genial. So embarrassing, Autenticity Gruyère. It's worth stopping. Service may seem slow but it does nothing, we loved

A very nice boss who knows his job and makes dishes just at the top A large room with exposed beams and decorates the pictures of stars spent in this restaurant such as Johnny, Claude François and their prints in plasters displayed on the beams A very good kitchen a real treat
In a long and low room with sunbed walls, Mr Pierre welcomes you very civilly, and installs you at small tables. Faced with you, the walls are constellated with great pictures of the greatest artists of the 20th century: Brassens côtoie Bécaud , Claude francois , Serge Lama, Pierre Perret and some others also famous ! Curiously they all have a hand in the plaster and the moldings of these celebrities hands are hung to the old beams blackened by time. We were alone tonight, in February, and took a fondue. It is true that Mr.Pierre is Swiss and has retained a singing accent of the canton of Vaud. This restaurateur alert is 73 years old and works as a leader! Its fondue is a delight and its memorable lemon pies. local wines, true vinegar wines bloom well the effluves and the roughness of the Languedoc. After the first sip, we're doing very well. We spent an exceptional evening, supported by anecdotes imprinting a healthy philosophy of our host. If we go back to the region, we will make the detour, only to see this remarkable man again.
We've been making a small stopover in Switzerland for over 20 years. Nothing has changed or photos of Yemeni singers. or their hand cast into the plaster. The menu has 17€ remains correct. The cassoulet is good. It is true that a little blow of dust would be welcome. But this gentleman is 78 years old cooking and service alone and certainly plunging him, he begins to have some difficulties moving. I pull my hat, a lot of young people should take seeds. We have a good time, this gentleman is very kind. Thank you.
