Le deck is an institution in Monaco, although technically in France, it is the top restaurant of the beach club, still good food, reasonably good advice, it's management has changed, lots of new managerial faces that are trying to cope, a mix of clients from Russian Oligarth, ME potentates, wealthy others and a smothering of locals...
