Elsa is a hidden gem - on Monaco GP week, we almost had the tables to ourselves. Without doubt, the VERY best service I have had worldwide. What Jorge Cedillo doesn't like about Elsa:
Have a long dinner with 4 colleagues, the food concept the presentation and the menu is confused. They charge a lot but don’t offer premium dishes like fillet of beef or seabass or lobster. They offer cheap cuts and cheap fish but they charge way...too much. The food is not great and we would never return. The place is usually empty and it takes ages for the food to come out of the kitchen as if the chef had forgotte... View all feedback.
I've heard that the food here is good, but the owner of this place was very rude.
We discovered this very nice restaurant offering 100% fine organic food distinguished by 1 Michelin star, excellent and very friendly staff, location right at the sea, very nice overall experience!
Our dinner was perfect. Elsa should take their excellent staff around the world to teach their excellent skills. We had the tasting menu and each dish was delicious. Fine wines and wonderful organic food. A magical restaurant.
Elsa is the new venue among the restaurants of the French Riviera. The setting is fantastic, at the MC Beach Hotel...very glamorous! Food was delicious especially the Risotto. The starter was a bit simple and not really flavorful. The bread was to die for!
Lovely location and excellent food. Very interesting to see a high end organic menu and a nice break from the heavier food elsewhere. The artichoke starter was exceptional.
