Although I live close by I never thought to visit Lime, however one night I thought why not. However little did I know that they believed me to be a slug in disguise and their goal was to slowly kill me from the inside with overly salty food. The salsa/hot sauce bar is a great idea, and I love all of the options, but the food coming from the kitchen just isn't quite as well executed as I'd like.
Good Tex-Mex fast casual restaurant. Recommend anything with their seasoned steak.
Did they get new management? I used to LOVE this place but its really gone down hill. burritos are subpar and the staff (while once friendly) mostly just sneer at the customers. I don't think I'll be going back.
Stop by for $2 tacos and BOGO beer specials for WTF (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). I love the fish tacos with the fresh pineapple salsa. Add a few dashes of hot sauce from the sauce bar and you're all set. Staff always wears a smile and the restaurant is super clean. Oh, try the patio--it's shaded and nice when it's not too hot.
Service is always fast/friendly. Prices are decent. Food is excellent!
