Church's Chicken - Roosevelt Gardens

I asked for fresh chicken and that's exactly what I got. The customer service was outstanding.

The cashier Roberto G was extremely unpleasant during my visit to the restaurant. Despite ordering the Spicy chicken family meal multiple times, he still managed to ring up the wrong order. Additionally, I requested no ice in my drink but was given a cup filled with ice. Even after being asked to wait, I found that my order was still missing a regular fry. I had to return to the store to rectify the situation. The manager showed no concern or willingness to address the issue, as she was not paying attention to the drive-through orders. Upon arriving home, I discovered that Roberto's long fingernails had contaminated the cocktail sauce. Overall, this was a disgusting and disappointing dining experience.
