We discovered this place by chance some 5-6 yrs ago as it comes after Roorkee and away from the other dhabas. Its a dhaba only in name, as Sardarji has ensured the quality of food is top notch at all times. The worst restaurant experience ever. The naan served at the restaurant was made of atta instead of maida, and no salad was served before the meal. Even the onion served with the meal was taken away if you started eating, which was quite rude. They argued over these issues instead of listening to the customer and accused them of being picky. You must try the dal tadka from Dhaba, located near Roorkee city. It is a must-visit for everyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal.
The dhaba has a small selection of dishes that are not particularly impressive. We opted for naan and kadhai paneer, which were just okay.

Taste was good and service was quick. Lots of variety to choose from. waiters were polite and full of gratitude.
