Casey's - Roodhouse
Casey's
Description
Part convenience store, part neighborhood pizzeria, this gas‑station outpost delivers standout breakfast and pizza — bacon‑egg croissants, veggie and sausage pies, wings and iced coffee — at wallet‑friendly prices for takeout and delivery. Patrons praise perfectly made pizzas and attentive counter staff, while others cite inconsistent service, rude handling of rewards and problematic restroom cleanliness. Best for commuters and quick takeout runs; expect casual, counter service with limited on‑site amenities.

To make matters worse, the bathrooms at this location are in terrible condition. I checked both restrooms looking for a clean toilet, only to find dried urine on both seats. I realize they’re gas station bathrooms, but is it really too much to expect them to be clean? Furthermore, after the mix-up with my order, they actually asked me to return the incorrect pizza. I've never been asked to bring back a wrong order before, and the cashier's tone was quite condescending. I shouldn't have to deal with that, especially since the person who took my call never mentioned returning the pizza. It's not my fault there was a misunderstanding, so I shouldn't have to bear the consequences.
I visited the Casey's in White Hall and ordered a pizza from Nick, who truly exceeded my expectations. The pizza was made perfectly, and when he had trouble locating my house, he called me and was the politest young man I've ever encountered. He definitely deserves a raise for his exceptional customer service and courtesy. Thank you, Nick, for being my go-to person at this location. It genuinely makes me happy to visit our local Casey's, knowing I will be treated the way every customer should be.
The takeout orders are always prepared quickly, and the customer service is excellent, thanks to the friendly staff!
I just called and asked the lady if they sold breakfast burritos or breakfast sandwiches there. She said can I hold on a minute I said sure. So I listen to her take care of seven customers and when she came back on the phone finally after 3 minutes she said are you still there I said yep and she hung it up anyway. So I called back and asked her the same question she transferred me to the kitchen person who gave me a yes they sell them. There ain't nobody going to convince me that cashier had no idea what they sell. It took her longer to say please hold on for a minute didn't you just say yes. Very rude!
