I recently ordered the All American Beefy Crunch online, but they forgot to include the crunch and the Thousand Island sauce. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when I called the restaurant, the staff (a male and female associate) repeatedly hung up on me and refused to address the issue. My coworkers tried to call as well, but as soon as they mentioned the problem, they were put on an excessively long hold. This happened multiple times; it was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This location desperately needs new staff. I even asked to speak to a manager, but she was the same woman who kept hanging up, leading to even more lengthy, unanswered holds. I left a feedback review on their website, but overall, it was a terrible experience.

Out of three visits, I received the wrong order twice. Because of this, I think I'll opt for other JJ locations when cravings hit in the future.
