What User doesn't like about Schloss Romrod:
A beautifully renovated former hunting lodge, which is owned by the Monumentschutz Foundation. The hotel is worth a single trip as a destination. The location in the middle of Hesse is very close to the A5. We were there at a wedding. The service was friendly and ok, but not overwhelming (partly bad quality of the German language). A great wedding location! : We recently married in the castle Romrod and had a perfect day. The whole team is very organized, flotted and reliable. Our wishes were addressed and we were able to implement our wedding concept with service providers on the recommendation of the loan and with external service providers without any problems. With our contact person we were able to speak openly in the planning phase at any time and felt very relaxed. Certainly there was the one or the other communicative hookup during the planning, which is completely normal. Nothing we couldn't have talked about. All in all an absolutely recommended wedding location! :
We had booked a room in the course of an event, which was located in an outbuilding, the old courtyard. We paid 225€ for the room (with breakfast, which was ok) for one night. The room had no minibar, no internet, no safe. It was small, the shower was almost unthinkable, as the shower door only opened inwards and was almost impossible to close. because one could hardly escape in the shower to close the door.In addition, there were no parking spaces at the old courtyard, one had to look for a parking space in one of the streets. Price/performance ratio insufficient!
