The ladies in the shop are so friendly and helpful. coffee also great. but they were totally excellent when my daughter wanted her favorite chocolate cake as a birthday cake and added strawberries on the top for us. with the cake funnel of amazon it looks fantastic and tasted delicious. thanks to the team in the romford filiale

I visited here on the 11/02/22.. to treat my sister to an afternoon tea with my baby niece. All staff where absolutely lovely My sister is a vegetarian, they adjusted the sandwiches so we had more vegetarian than meat and they even supplied an extra filling, which was lovely. All sandwiches and cakes where fresh, very tasty and well presented. Plenty of drinks available also. The staff where very accommodating, polite and friendly… thank you

Beautiful place to stay dine in, cozy and very clean environment. Very good customer services too. Thanks to Miranda for recommending nice breakfast for us, we enjoyed the coffee .

Had a 13th Birthday afternoon tea here and the staff were AMAZING! Nothing was too much trouble and every little detail was catered for. We were all so impressed by the wonderful service and would highly recommend this cake shop, especially the afternoon tea which is great value!

I love the variety they offer, but it's their desserts that truly stand out. The staff are very accommodating and are happy to provide information and assistance when ordering or customizing a cake. They have great options for office gatherings or work dinners, including a selection of Danish pastries, muffins, and sandwiches, along with drinks. The prices for individual items are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place!
