Very late service took at least 40mins for the food to arrive and food was not even great

I had a fantastic dining experience at a reasonable price. The quality and variety of the menu are excellent, offering something for everyone. However, there is one downside: ordering via phone is quite frustrating, and the website is slow and poorly organized at times.

However, after placing our orders, we faced a long wait for our food. The pizza arrived 15 minutes before the rest of the meal, and we were not informed that the garlic bread was included. Eventually, three burgers were served, but after another 10 minutes, we had to inquire about my daughter's chicken burger. It turned out the chef had completely overlooked it in our order. The pizza remained untouched, as it was quite bland. I then requested a refund for the missing items, as my daughter didn’t want to wait any longer for her meal. To say the evening was disappointing would be an understatement. The manager eventually came over to apologize and offered a full refund, acknowledging that his staff were doing their best; however, it seemed that the focus on delivery orders took precedence over the dining experience for those present. It may be beneficial to have a cook who can manage both delivery and dine-in orders, ensuring that seated customers are not forgotten.

The restaurant was empty, and the food I received was undercooked, so I had to return it and request a refund.

The food here is fantastic and reasonably priced. There’s a wide variety of high-quality dishes, so there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. However, I did have some issues with ordering over the phone; the website is quite slow and can be confusing at times.
