Caspian Sea Fish Bar - ROMFORD

Ordered chicken doner, they gave lamb doner went back to change it and the lady there said i ordered lamb doner, because they had no chicken doner anyway. She was very rude, no money and no food back as i left it there because I hate lamb. Scumbgs!!

I ordered tonight over the phone. Staff said My son went in to collect for me and one member of staff was really rude to him and told him to wait at the back of the line. My son explained that he had already ordered and was there to collect, said member of staff continued to shout and show him up in front of everyone. There’s no point in ordering over the phone if you still have to wait in the **** line is there!!! I hope she is in there next week when I go in there!!! I won’t use these again RUDE!!!

My favourite Chippie in Romford and I find it clean and all fish cooked to order. Providing you avoid those awful plastic lined boxes and just wrap in paper delicious and crisp

As they were scraping up the chips at the back, we asked if we could wait for a fresh batch. Waited minutes for the fresh ones but when we got home instead of the usual piping hot chips, they were luke-warm and dry. They obviously just gave us the chips they were going to give us originally. Which is fine they obviously think people cannot tell the difference and the owner actually called me a liar! Brilliant customer service and obviously will not be going back there again we were weekly regulars before with no complaints at all.
