Great tasting eating very courteous staff and very efficient services only withdrawing the place was not clean on the standard that I expect from a restaurant like this.
On the 30/04/2024 at around 12pm this afternoon, I ate in at Burger King, I ordered a double bacon cheese burger with chips and onion rings, my onion rings were nice and hot and expected, my burger was cold and the bacon was freezing! I took it back and my burger was replaced, with a colder burger? The cheese wasn't even melting because the burgers wasn't even warm, management refused a refund and said they do not refund, she was rude and refused to handle the situation, I ended up leaving the restaurant, hungry with no refund, while she had the ordasity to tell a member of staff to call the police on me, due to me wanting a refund, as my food was cold, even after beong provided
The customer service is horrible they only have two people. They need more staff
Not sure how you can screw up a Whopper, but it was soggy, and tasteless, where as the fries were loverly and crisp.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I encountered. Upon placing my food order and eagerly anticipating my meal, I decided to order a coffee. However, my experience with the blond lady, approximately 170cm tall and seemingly in her 40s, was nothing short of infuriating. Instead of a simple and courteous service, her sarcastic response insisting that I use the busy screen to order my coffee was both unhelpful and uncalled for. Given the crowded situation at the screen, I kindly asked if I could order my coffee at the counter. To my disbelief, she outright refused my request. This level of inflexibility and lack of basic customer service left me bewildered. When I voiced my frustration and mentioned leaving a review, she failed to guide me to the feedback area, displaying a remarkable lack of professionalism. I find such behavior completely unacceptable, and it has regrettably led me to reconsider visiting your establishment in the future. I believe it is crucial for you to be aware of these incidents and take immediate action to rectify the situation. Customer service is paramount, and experiences like mine tarnish the reputation of your brand. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and work towards ensuring a more positive experience for your patrons.
