Jimano's Pizzeria - Romeoville

What an awful experience. I placed an order at 6:33 and didn’t receive it until 8:25. Over cooked and cold; they ran out of fries and substituted with cold soggy freezer burned tater tots. I called and complained. All they could do is say sorry and they had 10 delivery orders come in at the same time. Guess what, not my problem. Staff accordingly! Not even a, “here is a coupon for a free soda”. 1/2 of the pizza and all the tater tots in the trash. I just flushed 120 dollars down the drain. Second time I’m disappointed with them. This isn’t baseball, two strikes and you’re out. Yelp, here I come.

Finally a pizza that tastes like pizza. JIMANOS romeoville. I live in Bolingbrook near three popular pizza places. Lately all no flavor, wax tasting , bland. Thank you JIMANOS for a pizza flavored pizza.

I would totally give 5 stars if they had some consistency. Sometimes the double dough pizza is absolutely perfect. Other times it's not double dough and there's barely any toppings. Overall taste is wonderful though!

If I could give it a ZERO I would! Ordered online for pickup at 6:15pm. We arrive and instantly the outside looks dark and dingy and is a ghost town. Should have taken this as a sign. 3 teens attempting to run the place, they say they don 't have my order, then say oh we do but um we 're out of sausage. My phone number is in 3 different places, but no one could call me?!! This used to be our fave pizza place but man has it gone downhill. The Jimanos website does not even acknowledge this location and I understand why!! Please get your act together and bring back the pizza we love!! Until then..off to Macianos or Vita Bella! Please don 't bother wasting your time! Plenty of other pizza places around!

I used to order from here frequently before moving out of the area. I just moved back and my first time ordering was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the scheduled time to pickup my pizza, the cashier took my payment and charged me. Then AFTER I was charged, I was told that they were out of ingredients and hadn't made the pizza yet. I was never called or notified. The employees were not very professional about the situation and even argued with me when I pointed out they should have called me. I used to love this place but I will absolutely not be back after that situation. Editing on 10/14 to add, I did email the owner, per her request on 10/4. Ten days later she has yet to acknowledge or reply to my email in any way. Very disappointed in the customer service.
