Drive thru moves quickly. Usually in line for not more than a few minutes. Shakes were good. Blizzard could use more candy. The soil was all vanilla ice — not mixed all the way. View all feedback.
It was good. The staff was very nice. The store was clean. Not the best tasting chocolate ice cream I've ever tasted.
An ice cream cake! I ordered an ice cream cake online at this point because the next DQ to us closes all winter. Online ordering was super easy and I knew what I got at what price and when I could pick it up. When I arrived there, the lobby was closed because of Kovid, so we had a bit of an unpleasant pass through the close ride through the window moment, but it worked everything. The employee was really pleasant and engaged, a significant difference from the experienced employee at another company where I was right now. The best part? The cake was decorated with much more care and effort than we ever hoped. I had stated on the order that it was for an eighth birthday and that I 'd stick up a Pokemon candle so if the frosting color vague worked with a yellow pikachu, that would be great. You opened the cake as a poke ball! My son was thrilled! It really meant a lot during a non-friends-due-to-covid birthday. And it was delicious! It was a kind of white ice outside layer filled with ice mixtures with oreos and with an oreo-cookie layer. Delish!
