excellent eating from lombardia in a charming Roman quarter. if they are tired of amatriciana and carbonara, this quiet elegant restaurant will only do the trick. everything was delicious: the ravioli filled with sausage or pumpkin, the brasato with polnta, the zabaione and the orange bavarois. Very nice service and the food was okay, but very average food for very high prices. The red wine was a bit to hot, the food was very “Brown” (meaning very boring-looking food, which tastes okay but isn’t nice for the eye), and the restaurant and the interior was very View all feedback.

This restaurant has some good options and the family that runs it is really kind. They provided me with good recommendations and I had the veal risotto which was delicious.
I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant while walking to the Vatican. It’s very difficult to find authentic food in this area that isn’t overpriced and under flavored. We tried their specials for the day (veal stuffed with artichokes and ossobuco) along with a very good wine and a few pasta dishes. I highly recommend paying a visit to this lovely place with warm and friendly staff.
The best food in Rome. Everything was cooked to perfection. There was so much flavor in every bite and everything tasted fresh. Service was great, friendly and welcoming. 10/10
