The Notre Dame Club of Italy basically camped out in this restaurant after WWII and in the decades following, so we got a group of alumni and friends together to check it out. It reminded me of something out of that era, like it hasn't changed a day. What User doesn't like about Scoglio Di Frisio:
trashy decoration with feeling of 70’s. the ordered fish carpaccio, which should include 3 fish species, there was only one. fish not completely defrozen. for the main had pasta with otopus. octopus partially replaced by calamari. pasta with meat sauce over salted. overall very disappointing.
