T... read more I come here since 4yrs and since I live in Rome (2yrs) even on a monthly basis because Francesco and his team excel on every possible level you might imagine. The ambience is elegant but not overly uptight, the starters pasta dishes are unrivalled amongst fish restaurants in Rome and the service team is as sweet and friendly as it can get. An absolute hidden gem and now also rightfully mentioned in the Guide Michelin! Well done guys

Every single dish was a triumph: incredibly good, beautifully plated, and a true feast for the eyes as much as for the palate. It wasn't just dinner; it was a culinary highlight we still talk about, looking back on each course with so much joy. And then there was Daniel, our wonderful waiter, the heart of the whole evening. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly charming, he made everything feel complete and absolutely perfect. He even took photos of us that look like they belong in an Italian tourism brochure! Those pictures, like the meal itself, are memories we'll treasure. Thank you, Piro, and thank you, Daniel, for an unforgettable night. Five glowing stars across all three categories, food, service, and atmosphere, without a moment's hesitation. If you find yourself in Rome, do yourself a favor and book a table. Elevated thoughtful seafood that tied to traditional Roman dishes. Attentive and knowledgable staff. The space is modern, vibrant, warm and inviting. We had a relaxed delicious meal in contrast to the busy energized day of tours and crowds.
