Even though there is only one vegan dish on the menu as a starter the deep fried artichoke (traditional roman dish), the staff is knowledgable about veganism an... read more Even though there is only one vegan dish on the menu as a starter the deep fried artichoke (traditional roman dish), the staff is knowledgable about veganism and were able to modify a vegetarian dish by switching the type of pasta. We got rigatone with tomato sauce, eggplant, olives and capers and it was delicious. Maybe a little bit too al dente for me but I wouldn't argue with italian about thisso it required some proper chewing so took some time to finish but the taste didn't lack a thing. Great place to eat with your non-veg friends as we all enjoyed our food.
