Hah! What a wonderful dinner! The Octopus salad was delicious, the free bruschetta tasty with ripe tomatoes, the pasta with Calamari zucchini tasty, and the Ox Tail worthy of a pull-out container for home! Then the Tiramisu and free Limoncello and Grappa made me very happy! Then! The owner argued “No problem!” to a check that ordered the two entrees for the takeover. Thanks for an unforgettable evening! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Forchetta D´oro:
Come and enjoy the Roman cuisine with the authentic Indian owners. Rome is diverse, so this place is actually a representation of that. The food itself is actually mediocre with the pasta being oily and hard, trippa not kicking any taste. I didn't get to taste much about drinks, since I asked only for water, but I got a plastic bottle; something quite unexpected nowadays. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. View all feedback.
Actually, I went there three times in 5 days... I love so much that Risotto, Rabbit Cacciatore and some... (and reasonable) (but only cash)

#1 BEST IN ROMA! AMAZING! The food is always fresh and the owner is very nice, sometimes he even brings you a free small piece of food. Amazing every time!
Wonderful hole in the wall. Came here for lunch before they were technically open but they still served us drinks and took our order. The food even came out in a good amount of time despite not technically being open when we ordered. Lovely stop !! They even let us go into the floor cellar as they Recieved their morning groceries !
Being here felt like being at home in Rome. I saw other reviews about the food being just okay, but we had bucatini and lasagna and everything was delicious. The house wine was good. Not my favorite wine personally, but tasty and plentiful for a price that's hard to match. The folks running the place are so friendly and welcoming. That's really what made the visit. We were treated very well here. Would love to return some day.
