a good classical Roman trattoria, with traditional dishes. the dishes are cooked well, not too salty (for me it is a great value). the artichoke to the jacket was not as superfried and crisp as I like. the portions are right, not abundant. overall a good place at an average price. at lunch great speed in serving and pleasant and nice waitress. Il personale è veramente speciale, tutti in sala sono gentilissimi. Atmosfera accogliente e la cucina è ottima.
If I could give one more star, I would. Mainly fish menu, but also with excellent meat and great classics of Roman cuisine such as Judean and Roman artichokes. The place is well looked after, sober, large and clean. The delicious fried anchovies, the grouper and turmeric ravioli, sublime. I also recommend the scallop with lemon and the sautéed chicory, another great Roman classic, was also excellent. The girl who served us Valeria, really very nice and kind, offered water to our dogs, served us with such care, her description of the cheesecake almost made us think that she had made it, for the poetry with which he described it. The tiramisu is also excellent, finishing on a sweet note! The service is fast enough, but not too fast. We really liked this place! It is located in the centocelle area and on Sundays you can park quite well. We haven't booked but we probably recommend doing so for Friday or Saturday.
A discovery! especially because unfortunately it's a bit hidden! but the food was excellent... we had a cacio e pepe, the first course of the house (simple but delicious) and the tagliolini with artichokes and crispy bacon (mouth-watering). Last but not least, a oxtail, very tender with a spectacular sauce, to be finished with a slice of bread! Very good house wine! Very friendly and helpful staff. Advised!
Trattoria with dishes for all palates, simple and welcoming environment, friendly and smiling staff, excellent quality/price ratio
. . mi è piaciuta. Servizio attento e veramente gentile. Prezzi onesti. In sintesi, mi sono trovato molto bene e ho fatto male a andarci solo adesso!
