The vegan selection is outstanding, with fresh ingredients prepared right in front of you. We tried the sushi, burger of the day, tartare, juices, milkshake, and avocado toast, and everything was delicious. The standout for us was the burger of the day, along with the Light Green and Strong Green juices—both were fresh, flavorful, and among the best juices we've had. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, from the freshly cut vegetables to the made-to-order preparation. On top of that, the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Highly recommended for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone looking for a fresh, healthy, and flavorful meal in Rome. :::

You mentioned that the tables were reserved, but during the entire time we were there, the four person tables remained empty and no guests arrived. What made me uncomfortable was not the table situation itself, but rather the attitude. I was extremely tired after walking for a long time and simply wanted to sit down and rest for a moment. Because the area was crowded, I also did not want to leave and search for another place. To be honest, after that interaction I no longer felt comfortable staying there. I understand reservation policies, but from my perspective the restaurant was very empty at that moment, which is why the situation felt upsetting to me. We walked in when the place was almost empty, with only two tables occupied, and wanted to sit at a 4-person table. A man and a woman working there warned us in a rather harsh manner and asked us to move to a small table with high bar stools. Since I have back pain, we chose to sit at the lower bar seating instead. We ordered kombucha, a milkshake, and veggie sushi. The drinks tasted good, and the sushi was also tasty. It was prepared fresh in front of us. However, we noticed that the rice and ingredients were handled directly by hand without gloves, which made us uncomfortable from a hygiene perspective. If hygiene details and being welcomed with friendliness and warmth are important to you, this may not be the right place. The drinks and sushi tasted good, but overall the service experience left us disappointed

A short stroll and we were whisked away in to a lovely artistic and bright oasis. We feasted on two amazing salads and the guacamole, the latter served with savoury home made crackers. We were so impressed all made fresh for us, and I have to say the play list added to my good mood in there : The service was delightful and genuine… A few special yogurts for dessert capped off a lovely meal kudos to you Ecru!
