Very good place to stop by for a quick grub! The place was nice and clean. Initially you choose what pizza you’d like and take the order receipt to the cashier to pay and voila your food is ready!
Yesterday my friend called the place to book a table for 19:30, but she was told that booking at that time was not possible if we want a table we should come at around 18:30 and wait. We went there at 18:30 (2 girls, waiting our 3 friends) one of our friends came at 19:00. By that time nobody had asked us our orders, but the waitress asked if our friends (2) were coming or not. We told them that our friends were on their way. Despite that, they said that they could no longer wait, so they divided the table. Even though it was not matching what they had told to us, we kept it cool. But then all of a sudden, the manager (dont know his name, a bald guy) came to our table and started to shout at us. It was his way of explaining us why they cannot wait anymore. Everyone was looking at us, I felt pity on his pathetic behavior. He was shouting in Italian “You are not right, you are not right! Your reservation was for 18:30, you can’t keep the table!” We left the place immediately, he followed us till the road and kept shouting. He looked like a mad man! It is so sad to see such rude people run businesses that need good communication skills. Rome has many great aperitivo places (some very close to this location) where you get a kind treatment. I would never go back there again.
