Found by chance. Magnificent place, cared for inside and out with so much taste. Genuine and fresh dishes, made and served with love, practically homemade. Friendly and respectful staff, fair prices, ...what can I say, I find it perfectthanks for the service
Food according to the Roman tradition. Absolutely genuine also because they are grown and produced from the same estate as the restaurant. Very comfortable environment with a crackling fireplace to welcome you. The owners, like all the staff, are super kind and ready to accommodate every request. Animals are also accepted. Carbone is the ideal place to go out and feel at home. The lady's cuisine is genuine, the pastas homemade. We have celiacs in the family and over time the lady has found her gluten-free recipes to make everyone happy. In the dining room, Mario, the son, welcomes everyone with courtesy, always with a smile on his face. A few games to keep the children happy completes the picture of a pleasant place for a family lunch/dinner! Service: Dine in
