We were in Rome for two nights, and both night’s dinners were spent in Culinaria. The food is the best we had in our entire 10 day trip to Rome. Additionally, the ambiance is great, and the staff is friendly and amiable. To top it off, you can see right into the kitchen the entire time, seeing the whole process unfold. This place is fantastic.

Lovely little restaurant, close to the station yet hidden away. Thoroughly recommend the shrimp carbonara and the duck. Friendly, helpful staff.
