I usually have trouble digesting the cappuccino while here I'm struggling not to take two! sweets are a very balanced mix of aesthetics and exquisiteness. I have not yet had the opportunity to try the savory, accompanied by a glass of the excellent selection of champagne but I hope to make it right soon. See you guys soon, keep going!

However, it's unquestionably one of the best pastry shops in Rome. The flaky and leavened pastries are top-notch, the classic pastry making is top-notch, and the creative pastry making has a personal style, great technique, and is very recognizable. The ingredients are top-notch. Regardless of personal tastes regarding individual desserts, you can't help but acknowledge the high quality they offer, and anyone who says otherwise, in my opinion, is either misunderstanding or disingenuous.
