my family and I went to this restaurant while I visited rom and were very pleased to find it in the center of rom. the food and service were really good, the owner came and checked to see if we were in order. I liked the separate room for washing hands and it was kept clean. View all feedback.
What Syl Vegan doesn't like about Asmara:
The food was delicious! Among the best Ethiopian meal I had. However, we came early by Italian standards (around 7pm), and the main waiter was not there yet. The person who took our order did not know what was vegan, gave us a sparkling water instead of a still water. When the main waiter arrived, he asked us to move table as the one we were assigned to was actually booked… and we had to move our drinks ourselves. No... View all feedback.
100% Gut. Netter Besitzer. Schneller Service. Tolle Alternative zu Nonstop-Pizza und Pasta-Action.
There is a selection of vegetarian dishes, that are also all vegan. The owner is very funny and tries to convince you what to take. Be careful, the food is a little spicy, but really tasty.
Somewhat typical Eritrean Ethiopian food in the heart of Rome. They serve fish and meat but very veg friendly. Nice family and good food!
Ethnic evening and goose at the asmara restaurant. friendly and welcoming owners, attentive service, good and delicious dishes of the kitchen of the horn of Africa. we ate the typical dishes: felafel, sanbusa, njera with spriss and shiro'. all accompanied by a discreet beer with angels. highly recommended aroma to get the atmosphere and Ethiopian geese!
Very cozy place, great food with wide choice and very kind owner.
