Really nice restaurant with an interesting selection of mains. The food was hot and tasty but the “Yorkshire pudding” was an insult to Britain, dense and cakey, so they lose a star for that. Otherwise a good place. View all feedback.
What Aldo Verdi doesn't like about Aromaticus Trastevere:
we had heard so much of this place, but it did not live until the hype. it took 30 minutes until a waiter order our drinks and then they had to eat from a lot without telling us before ordering. friend ordered wrap and they served them with a side of spinat instead of the kartoffels without saying them and they charged them. it was just a little disappointing when we heard so big dinge. It's a pleasant enough space and the dining room staff are OK but the food just isn't very good. It's fussy, not all that well prepared and lacks flavor.
We absolutely loved this restaurant. We are from New York and booked before traveling/abroad using their online platform it was super easy. The food was excellent, be careful you MUST make a ressie or risk not getting a seat!! Such a breath of fresh air being able to order with our meal restrictions in such a lovely historical location. No notes.
Lovely fresh food interestingly prepared. A nice change from the more traditional Italian food at other nearby restaurants
A volte il cambio menu non mi convince totalmente, la qualità è sempre altissima solo che bisogna essere un po’ avvezzi per apprezzare a pieno ogni portata. Costo altino a mio avviso ma li vale tutti
