Food was delicious.. Service was not enough employees who had to work always to ask if pages were done and sauces, they were not on the table. All Ketchup-Bbq juice bottles were empty or removed from the tables. They focused more on order processing. Prices have also increased the menu has not been updated, but good food. It used to be a good value for what you have. Its same quality only more. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Shane's Rib Shack:
The food was fine. The Sampler Platter meat tasted as if it had been placed in the microwave. At the end of our meal, my husband told me a Rach-Bug (a really big Rach-Bug), about the table crawl under our table. I went to the counter where four young ladies stood and told them, as mentioned above. Ate here right when the plandemic started. Great food and service. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was served the correct order fast and as safe as possible. I personally love their chicken fingers in lemon pepper. They are amazing.
Great atmosphere, great food! They have burgers, BBQ, ribs, chicken, wings, salads, something for everyone! And the prices aren't bad either! It's a nice place to go with family and for a date. Definitely will be making a another return trip.
Mistakes happen. But, the same mistake twice in the same visit is UNACCEPTABLE! Come on people verify the order and recheck before you present it. I caught the error the first time, now I have to check the remake to make sure it’s what I ordered TWICE already?!?!??! Ugggghhhh. The “manager” said I could come back and pick up my order anytime within the next ten days. “Is that it,” I asked? Silence. No, apology. But, she did pass the blame to the kitchen..real classy. Unless you wanna feel like a Shane’s employee doing quality control; keep looking! UPDATE: GM called to apologize! Thank you! Makes all the difference to me. Hopefully this was a good training moment for someone.
