Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Rome

Went in a few minutes after 12 pm today. We were the only customers in there. There were no cars in the drive through. Several workers and the manager kept walking by and looking at us. No one spoke, no one said we will be with you in a few, nothing. We turned and left.

Actually the chicken is better than moist. Yeah I said moist. It is..I always get the chicken breast sandwich and consider it better than CFL, KFC, Churches or Jacks. I never go in, I always go thru the drive thru. Worth a try.p.s. I only buy the regular and not the spicy.

Each employee needs to be trained on customer service. Not sure why they submitted an application if they are going to be bothered each time a customer orders food. Won 't be surprised if this place is the next restaurant to close. I tried to order a wing combo. The employee said they only had two wings left. When asked how long more wings would take to cook, he then said, we 're not dropping anymore chicken. It 's 7pm. Not sure if they 're aware, but Popeyes is a chicken restaurant. Just close the place if you don 't want to work. Simple.

Stopped by drive and when placing order was asked what side I would like with my meal. Told mac and cheese. Said rudely, we're out. Said ok cole slaw then. Again rudely she says, we're out of that too. At this point I was like what do you have? Said that's all we're out of. Told then you should inform people before they order what you're out of instead of getting an attitude. When I get to to tue window and pay was asked to pull up front Since no cars were behind me,said no I will wait here(I want to make sure their ignorant selfs don't do nothing they ain't supposed to given their attitude) They food wasn't even good, service sucks and overpriced. Will not be returning. Plenty of other chicken places in Rome to take my business to.

The food is good. When they have it. Probably due to supply chain issues, frequently out of certain things we like.
