Olive Garden Italian - Rome

Hannah G was our server and the service was amazing, so polite, friendly and sweet! We mentioned it was our 1 yr wed anniversary and got a complimentary dessert, tiramisu which was delicious!! We got calamari, chicken margherita and broccoli, alfredo angel hair and my husband got lasagna! Our glasses stayed full and Hannah showed us the best service AND took our photo for us!!! So impressed. Will be back!! Thank you so much!!

Went there with a friend, I am not a gourmet! I got the soup and salad mainly because I do not like Italian sausage. Seems like everything has Italian sausage in it there. What I had was good! And my friend, she seemed to enjoy her food!

Initially, we were disappointed when our carefully planned buffet order for our important event arrived without the necessary torches and chafing dishes, which should have been included an hour before the event, especially considering we were in a different city. However, the manager at Olive Garden sent a coworker to deliver the missing items in time, showing their dedication to quality customer service. We appreciate their quick response and it speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Well done, Olive Garden in Rome, Georgia. Thank you.

I initially gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt during our first visit, assuming that the lack of service was due to a shortage of staff. However, during our second visit, there were plenty of servers but we still did not receive proper service. We waited 20 minutes without anyone taking our drink orders, despite bringing it to their attention. Additionally, we noticed that the utensils were dirty, with food still stuck on the forks. I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. I am extremely disappointed, and I am usually very easy-going. I have worked as a waitress before and always give grace to my colleagues in the service industry. However, the staff at this restaurant were simply not interested in providing good service. As a result, they are now off our list of dining options, and I would not recommend them to others.
