I brought my father-in-law here for the 1st time back in October and we really enjoyed it. I felt like I was going back in time getting ice cream when I was a kid. They have several different types of ice cream flavors to choose from and the service was very friendly! We live in TN, but we're from Rome, and will visit Mountains again when in town. What Joshua Williams doesn't like about Mountains Ice Cream:
I ordered an ice cream sundae from doordash. For almost six dollars they ripped me off. Please see picture attached. I'm not ordering from here again.I also received a completely melted fruity pebbles milkshake. The cereal is soggy and the milkshake has a strange flavor. Doordash charged $20 for this very bad service. I don't recommend. View all feedback.

Delicious ice cream, and the waffle cones are amazing! Bonus points because Queen was playing on the radio when we walked in!
Their ice cream is out of this world. All kinds of different flavors and they will let you try a sample of you may want to buy it. They sell ice cream cones, milkshakes and cups of ice cream. Very friendly and service was excellent. I recommend everyone to visit.
Friendly small town atmosphere. Generous serving of ice cream. Nice selection of flavors.
