Jersey Mike's Subs - Feedback

What swift g doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
The manager is very rude and she's very pregedious. She told me I ordered my order rudely. SMH they made my order wrong and charged me for it . I called to fix the order and she caught an attitude,hung up in face and told me I was harrasing a business. Justice needs serving here. Seriously... She's the manager by the name of Ashley. I will return to Jersey Mikes! Strange way to hear about food quality but I got my first idea of their delicious food when a rival restaurants employee shared that Jersey Mikes had the best tea in town and she in fact was on her break to get a tea from there.
