Jack's - Rome

The food is always ugly and ugly, but that's good, it still tastes good. But how is a place served burger and chicken saying there is a 20 MINUTE WAIT on chicken breast right for dinner? Didn't you know how long they cook? Didn't you expect people to order chickens in a fried chicken restaurant in Georgia? Come on.

A variety of confusion between the employees and the shift supervision. It was chaos in there. Shift Supervisor shouts commands and orders. Staff looked confused and stressed. But it looked like they've had a great time, so it was a hard morning for em. I barely eat Jacks anyway, I just wanted to bc bro n law. We had cookies. I added sausages and if I knew it was $2 for a little patty, I would have passed it on.

So this Jack was pretty good. This special visit was only through the ride thru. We were the only car in the line and we got our food really fast.. Every time I was there or through the driveway, I think the staff could be a little more friendly.

We enjoy Jack's, but at this visit there was no sodas at all, said they ran out of ingredient for making sodas when we started getting tea, there was no front we got something Otc. Maybe they were short? No good day for service.

We had a great experience here. The staff was welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The milk shakes here are great as well. We were big fans of the high top booths but did see some 10-top tables and some cozy seating by the fireplace. We would highly recommend!
