Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rome

This was my first time and last time. The rice was not done and for the price they should make sure everything is cooked right

I ordered the new garlic guajillo steak on tacos. The steak was dry and didn?t have much flavor. I also ordered red chili salsa on the side which was way too spicy. I couldn?t even eat it in my tacos, it was so hot . I tried the new watermelon limenade and it taste like water with limes in it , barely a taste of watermelon. The food was not worth $20 dollars

Food was great! Service was great! Dining area was not clean. We had to clean our own area up to sit down

Went to our local Chipotle restaurant to enjoy our first time at this restaurant. Hoping to order their new steak bowl as shown on TV 50 times a day. Enter restaurant to find out at 11:30 am Rome Ga.we happen to be out of the new item. If we have a hour to wait they should be able to provide this selection. Yea right. I suggest less advertising on TV and spend some of that money to provide the food to your customers on time.

Delicious but for some reason they are always out of chips when I go and sometimes they won?t make anymore sometimes there?s a 20 minute wait for chips.
