At first, I was unsure if it was a strategic decision or just for that day, but the restaurant did not provide complimentary water. Instead, they offered small bottled water for purchase. Although we did not intend on ordering drinks, we ended up having to buy water when we tried their chicken wings. Unfortunately, they did not offer the option of a small bottle of water.
