Very nice little bistronomic restaurant and house, well hidden, in the center of Romans-sur-Isère. The staff was very friendly, with humor, we were laughing! Their Italian specialty? El Panzo (dried beet with ham, gruyère and tomato, a little like a Calzone), it was succulent! Careful, to avoid heavy heat! For dessert: a good hot chocolate melt!
