We were not happy with the service. Breakfast is served extremely early (7-9am) and check out is extremely early (10am) This is not normal in Italy. It just means that you can't really relax and enjoy your break. We asked if we could check out later as we were feeli go unwell and the answer was no. I liked their menus, food taste and service. The chef Is so kind and respectful. Can’t forget the nice moments.
We had left the rest of the family in Milan and we returned to Romano. Only our second night in Italy and did not know where to eat. We stumbled across Mariet and got a very warm welcome. We do not speak Italian and the chef came out and explained the whole menu to us in English. We both opted for two different steak and they were both perfectly cooked probably the best we have ever had. We also had beautiful desserts. It was more expensive than we would usually like to pay, but it was worth it.
I regularly stay in the hotel and each time take benefit of this excellent restaurant. The short menu changes every day and for an excellent cost (13 or 14 euros) you have 1 or 2 dishes , 1 glass of wine and 1 cofee. The food is always excellent and healthy, the wine always a good choice... What's more? Coming back again next time!!!
Really liked the place. Nice staff. Really clean. I liked my room. I missed a bit more of options for late breakfast (we were a big group from a wedding).
Very rude.no customer service. Ignorant couple at reception. They didn't want to speak in english would not recommend this hotel to anybody
