I'd say this place is worth the hype. I made a reservation for right dinner. We were sat inside ordered fairly quickly and the appetizer was served within two minutes of ordering. We came here with our hotel's recommendation, and it's indeed very charming. The decor was authentically Roman, tastefully blending rustic and modern elements. That's the end of what makes this place special. The place was jam-packed the entire time, and because of it, the service was very slow. Pizza was very good, but pastas were way too rich. Great food, super efficient and friendly staff and eating there with its brickwork and in the basement is do fun! We ate here two nights of our 5 nights in Roma! We were able to sneak in both nights but highly recommend making a reservation!

This place was pretty good. Still dreaming about their fried artichoke! Their food was pretty good too, I didn't like their Carbonara pasta, but my wife loved it. They were pretty busy but we got in quick maybe waited about 10 minutes outside max. The ambience is cute, nothing to rave about but the food was pretty good.
We loved our experience at this restaurant, we highly recommend making a reservation (we did) as the queue was long if you had no reservation. The staff were attentive in just the right way, wine recommendations and food suggestions. The food tasted so fresh and full of flavour! Pace yourself, if you do all the courses you will be stuffed!
I arrived a few minutes after they opened for dinner and got a table outside. Within about 10 minutes there were about 50 people in line and they just kept coming. I got the Paccherri Pachino, stracciata e pesto di basilico it was amazing ... and vegetarian. Very delicious.
